This is a one-hour call that allows you to discuss your project in order to gain more clarity on what you want and what you hope to achieve. It’s also an initial approach that enables you to connect with Stephanie, which can lead to further calls if you wish, during which you can discuss your choices and options with her.

This could also lead eventually to a design project.

Payment

While you’ll be asked to enter your payment details at the time of booking, you will only be charged between 24 and 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will still be billed. If you’re unable to make it, you’re welcome to reschedule, and we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the appointment time. As we have limited availability, please understand that cancellations allow us to open a slot for another client. Thank you for your understanding.
